Description: Limits of geographical spaces consisting of natural forests or reforestation areas reserved for conservation, research, or production functions. This layer includes integral ecological reserves, recreational forests, production reserves, and teaching and research forests. The data of this layer are updated continuously according to the availability of the new official documents, namely the notices to the public and the edges of creation whose descriptions are made based on topographic maps (INC) at the scale of 1: 200 000. Nevertheless, the lack of information on forest reserves at the level of MINFOF makes their follow-up difficult.
